What makes your company different than other MSP's?This is a question for an MSP Match client, and we will gladly provide you with a reference. In short, we treat clients as though they are irreplaceable. We manage their network as though it was our own, because there is no need to pay a company to manage a network poorly. We want you to associate our name with confidence and positivity.

How do you ensure data security?MSP Match Uses enterprise level firewalls, email filtration, antivirus/antispam, and maintains equipment while tracking its age and end of life timeframes. We maintain backups of your data, and hosted application data to make sure we have redundancy. We have user cyber security training to make sure that security is on the forefront of your users minds. As you may know, most criminals breach the network through network users. Humans are the weakest link in an organization, resulting in around 95% of network breaches around the world.

Do you sell equipment?Yes, we sell all network equipment and we offer discounts on business grade equipment through our distributors. We also sell software licenses as well. You don't need new equipment at this time? Not a problem. We will also manage equipment that you already own.

Do you handle compliance requirements?Yes, we do! We provide our IRCP program to every monthly managed service customer free of charge, making sure that they are in compliance with not only their government obligations, but also their insurance compliances on their cyber policy. By setting up the network properly, clients can hand over their IRCP documentation, and may be given additional discounts on their insurance premiums.

What services do you offer?We can manage your entire network, and we work directly with your software vendors to make sure that their software and your software/hardware are compatible. We manage everything from where the internet enters your office, to the end user (the employee behind the computer). We also help users to understand the technology, and work with them to become better acquainted with their equipment and processes.

How much do IT services cost?Our monthly managed customers pay per device. Monthly managed services include enterprise grade antivirus/antispam software, Microsoft OS Updates and patching, 24/7 device monitoring, endless Help Desk services, remote and onsite support options, application and software licensing management, email filtration suite setup and management, and user training / assistance with products. A la carte services for one-off support are billed per hour. Hourly discounts are given when purchasing hours in block time agreements.

Do you charge a start-up fee?No, if you are a client looking for monthly managed services, we do not charge you a start-up fee.

Do you work with small businesses?Yes we do. There are no size requirements for supporting you.

Where can I add my FAQs?FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

Do you charge a minimum fee for managed services?No. If you have one computer, we will only charge you support for that single device. There is no minimum threshold.
